The goal is Mr Olympia, but what does that entail? In this part of the Sibusiso Kotelo story we find out about Sibusiso getting his pro card, the type of workouts his head trainer Jack Lotter puts him through, and why he needs a unique won’t quit mentality to keep it all together en route to his dream.
Sibusiso Kotelo was an ordinary kid who played a bit of sport like anyone else growing up. But after school his life would forever change and be the subject of a truly larger than life won’t quit story.
Despite making it in her sport, Zinhle still had to get a full-time job to make a living outside of rugby. The calling of becoming a firefighter found her at this time, and despite the hard work and long hours of this occupation she was determined to make it work while pursuing her love of rugby.
Catch part 2 of her story here, and how along with balancing careers she had to process an incredible professional setback that again questioned her resolve.
Episode 4 of the 2023 RYOBI #WontQuitCrew brings you the story of Zinhle Ndawonde. From the beginning, she knew she was destined for more in life, and this is something she was able to realise on the rugby fields of KZN.
In the wrap-up to Sean Clarke’s incredible #WontQuitCrew story, he shares what is next for him, and how he wants to transfer what he has learned in his challenges to the next generation of won’t quit individuals.

67 centimeters may not mean much to most people. But to para shot put sensation Kerwin Noemdo, it is the distance between him and a lasting legacy he isn’t prepared to quit on.
Our newest member of the Won’t Quit Crew is Kerwin Noemdo. African champ with shot put in hand, he is an athlete that has never let anything hold him back in life which we share with you here.
In the second part of the Mike Stevens story, he takes us into the cut and thrust of Para Bobsleigh and the unique demands of the sport. Mike is not only facing the challenge of succeeding in a whole new sport, but also focusing on elevating the sport itself to gain Paralympic status with a bunch of fellow ‘won’t quit’ competitors.
The story of Mike Stevens is one of many layers. A freak accident at the age of 12 changed his life in a heartbeat. But with a true won’t quit attitude, he didn’t let adversity get in his way of making the most of his life, and those around him in similar situations. But this is only the beginning as we reveal here in episode 1 of the 2023 #WontQuitCrew
